Aryanil Mukherjee is a bilingual poet, translator and editor who has authored twelve books of poetry and essays in two languages. His recent English work has appeared in the Asian American Literary Review, AUFGABE-13, Jacket2 etc.  His poetry had been published in The Literary Review, Rain Taxi, Open Spaces, Jacket, Pennsound, Drunken Boat, Big Bridge, El Invisible Anillo [in Spanish], The Lantern Review etc. Anthology appearences include: Harper-Collins book of Indian Poetry in English [2011],  Indivisible – An Anthology of South Asian American Poetry (University of Arkansas Press) etc. Aryanil edits KAURAB (, a notable Bangla literary magazine of experimental poetry & poetics published since 1970. His poetry has been translated into Hindi and Spanish. An engineering mathematician by profession Aryanil and lives in Cincinnati, OH.



Pat Clifford is the author of several chapbooks including A story by fair: Rules for Radicals (2006), Ring of Honor (2007), Embrace (2010) etc. With Aryanil Mukherjee he is the author of chaturangik/SQUARES(CinnamonTeal, 2009) & The Memorandum/MOU (Kaurab, 2012). His poetry and prose have appeared in Jacket, Helix, Sunday Indian, Kaurab, journey90s, Moria, Pennsound, Kabisammelan etc. An independent lit-scholar, Pat has read in the SUNY, Buffalo, Bangla Academy in Kolkata, India and in workshops in San Francisco, Louisville, KY and Kolkata. His poetry has been translated into Bengali.
